Marc Richard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marc started their career as a Captain in the US Army, serving for nine years. After leaving the military, Marc worked as a Production Supervisor at Coca-Cola Bottling of NY before moving to Precision Valve Corporation, where they held various roles, including Production Manager and Project Manager. In 1996, Marc joined IBM and held several positions, including Material Logistics Advisory Professional, Material Logistics Senior Professional, Production Control Manager, and Materials Manager. Marc also worked at IBM Integrated Supply as a Project Manager, contributing to the development of supply/demand planning models and processes. Marc then joined IBM Human Resources as a Corporate HR Strategist, providing HR strategy leadership and leading project teams. Prior to their current role as CEO/Owner of Postal Connections, Marc served as the Director of Logistics and Member Executive at POP Displays, where they supervised multiple departments and implemented operational improvements.

Marc Richard attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering. Marc then pursued higher education at Pace University, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from 1991 to 1996. During their time at Pace University, they were enrolled in the Lubin School of Business.
