Erik Kostelnik

Erik Kostelnik is the founder and CEO of Postal, an offline marketing automation platform and marketplace. Erik has over 10 years of experience in the sales and marketing industry, with a focus on technology.

Erik started their career as a head of sales at Wrike, a project management software company. Erik then became the vice president of sales at Identified, a data analytics company that was acquired by Workday in 2014. After the acquisition, Erik stayed on as a advisor for Outreach, a sales engagement platform.

In 2016, Erik founded TextRecruit, a text messaging recruiting platform. Erik grew the company to $20 million in annual revenue within two years and sold it to iCIMS in 2018. iCIMS was then acquired by Vista Equity Partners.

Erik is an active investor and has made investments in Duel Group, Inc., Reciprocity, Inc., and GTMfund. Erik is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council.

Erik Kostelnik has a BSBA from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in Finance and a Certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the MIT Sloan & MIT CSAIL Artificial Intelligence: Implications for business strategy program.
