Carrie Herz

Carrie Herz is the Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel responsible for overseeing the acquisitions process from inception to closing. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Herz commenced her career as in-house counsel for one of the largest residential developers on Long Island and in the New York metro area. Ms. Herz has extensive experience in representing clients in the acquisition, sale and financing of residential properties, including cooperatives, condominiums and townhouses, and has represented private lenders in the closing of numerous loans. Ms. Herz earned her bachelor’s degree from Emory University and her Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
