Iskra Shopova

Iskra Shopova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and IT sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Data Analysis and Integration Department at Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD) since October 2019, Iskra has also held leadership roles in the Enterprise Data and Analytics Department and Business Process Automation within the IT Division. Prior experience includes significant contributions to the Association of Banks in Bulgaria as a member of the Payment Systems Committee and managerial roles at Piraeus Bank Bulgaria, focusing on operational support and business process management. Iskra's career began as an IT Supervisor at Postbank and later advanced through various positions in business analysis, including managerial responsibilities at Bulgarian Post Bank. Iskra holds a Master’s degree from the Technical University Sofia and completed education at Mathematical Secondary School in Pleven.
