Maria Miteva

Maria Miteva has over two decades of experience in human resources and personnel management, currently serving as the Head of Personnel Department at Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD) since October 2019. Previously, Maria held significant roles such as Head of Compensation and Benefits, Payroll and Personnel Administration and Reporting Department at Piraeus Bank Bulgaria, and Senior Specialist in Human Capital Development at First Investment Bank. Maria’s career began at the Ministry of Labour & Social Politics, where major contributions were made to earnings policies and labor legislation. Maria holds a Master's degree in Economics, specializing in the Economic and Organization of Labor from the University of National and World Economy.
