Eugenio Anzani

Eugenio Anzani is an experienced professional with a strong background in automation and operations management, currently serving as Automation Manager for the Courier Network at Poste Italiane since 2009. Leading a team of 16, Eugenio focuses on defining automation needs and ensuring the delivery and maintenance of such systems within the logistics network. Previously, as Senior Program Manager, Eugenio supported top management in planning and economic governance, integrating operations with various company departments. Other roles at Poste Italiane include Product Engineer and Operations Manager, contributing to the automation of 22 sorting centers. Eugenio started a career as a Process Engineer and briefly worked at Servizi Tecnologici S.r.l. conducting feasibility studies for European Community projects. Eugenio holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università di Pisa and completed a degree thesis at Delft University of Technology.
