Vincent Nicola Santacroce

Vincent Nicola Santacroce has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vincent Nicola began their career at Accenture, where they worked as a Consultant-Manager from 1992 to 2000, and later as a Senior Manager from 2001 to 2004.

In 2004, Vincent joined Poste Italiane as the ICT Director for the Business Unit Postal Services. During their tenure, they were responsible for all IT activities related to the postal industry, including logistics processes and value added services. Vincent Nicola also led the Electronic Postman Project, which equipped mailmen with modern mobile devices and printers, enabling Poste Italiane to provide a range of services to clients. Vincent held this position until 2010.

From 2010 to 2012, Vincent served as the Head of Marketing for Integrated and Digital Services at Poste Italiane. Vincent Nicola was responsible for strategy, marketing, and development activities related to the postal industry, particularly integrated, digital, and value-added services.

Vincent then held various leadership roles at Poste Italiane, including Head of Research & Development for ICT Competence Centers and Innovation Development from 2012 to 2014, Head of Mobility & VAS ICT Development from 2014 to 2015, and Head of ICT Group Governance from 2015 to 2019.
