Michaela Troyanov

Michaela Troyanov is currently the Director at PostFinance. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President at Lombard Odier Group from January 1997 to January 2006. Her responsibilities there included heading compliance for financial markets and heading legal for Europe. From September 1991 to July 1994, they worked as Senior Counsel at SIX. There, they were in charge of the listing board of the Swiss Stock Exchange, relations with listed companies, market and member regulation and enforcement, electronic market supervision and surveillance, and Swiss financial market regulations. In July 2020, they became a member of the Board of Directors at Quintet Private Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. and is currently the Chair of the Audit Committee. Michaela is also the founder and managing partner of Wealth & Legal Strategies, and was previously the Senior Legal Counsel at Swiss Takeover Board from December 1995 to December 1996 and the General Counsel at Bourse de Genève - Geneva Stock Exchange from December 1990 to November 1995.

Michaela Troyanov has a CAS in Digital Finance Law from the University of Geneva, a Swiss Board School Certificate in "Best Practices in Corporate Governance" from the International Center for Corporate Governance, and a CAS Certificate of Advanced Studies in Accounting and Finance from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Michaela also has a Swiss Advanced Certificate in Trust Management from STEP Switzerland - Society of Trust and Estate Practicioners (Geneva Association) and a Licence en Droit (Masters Degree in Swiss Law) from the University of Geneva. Finally, they have an LLM Master of Comparative Jurisprudence in US commercial and corporate law from the New York University School of Law and a Dr. iur. (PhD in Law) from the University of Vienna.
