Jussi Hiltunen

Jussi Hiltunen is an experienced service and user experience designer currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at Posti Group Oyj since August 2024. Previously, Jussi worked at MaaS Global Ltd as a Senior User Experience Designer, leading the design of the groundbreaking Whim app for Mobility as a Service. Jussi's extensive experience includes roles at KONE as a Senior Design Specialist focusing on transforming user experiences for People Flow solutions and as a GUI Designer. Jussi co-founded Aimo Design, generating design solutions for Kone Corporation and Nokia Corporation, and has held positions at Mozo Oy, Demec, and other firms, developing skills in concept design, graphic design, and advanced 3D modeling. Jussi holds a Master of Arts in strategic and industrial design from Aalto University and a BA in Industrial Design from Kuopio Academy of Design.
