Shelley Hanna has over 20 years of experience in a variety of roles in the technology and media industries. Shelley currently serves as the SVP of Client Success at Postie, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, Shelley worked at Xandr from 2019 to 2021 as the Vice President of Client Services. Shelley also worked at AppNexus where they held multiple roles including Vice President of Services and Strategic Partnerships, Senior Director of Video Services and Monetization, and Senior Director of Global Customer Success. Before that, Shelley worked at Major League Baseball as the Vice President of Enterprise Systems and Technology and held various other senior-level positions within the company. Shelley began their career at CBS Corporation as an Applications Programmer and later held roles as a Senior Applications Programmer, Development Team Lead and Technical Project Manager, and Project and Program Manager. Throughout their career, Shelley has demonstrated strong leadership skills, cross-functional knowledge of various methodologies, and the ability to effectively communicate complex subject matter.

Shelley Hanna received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Harding University, where they studied from 1986 to 1989. Shelley later pursued a Certificate in Computer Programming at Chubb Institute of Technology, completing the program from 1998 to 1999. In 1990, Shelley began their studies in Industrial & Organizational Psychology as a Masters Candidate at the University of Central Florida, which they attended until 1991.
