Nicole Spies

Nicole Spies currently serves as a Server and Certified Trainer at Postino WineCafe, where responsibilities include front-of-house service, restaurant sanitation, and managing cash register operations. Previous experience includes roles at the American Heart Association as a Development & Event Planning Intern, where tasks involved supporting event production and processing supplier invoices, and at PRA Business Events as a Corporate Event Intern, focusing on supplier outreach and invoice processing using Salesforce. Nicole has also worked as Event Staff for Downtown Tempe Authority, providing on-site support for events, and as a Server at Poke Noke, where duties included food service and sanitation. Nicole is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication and a minor in Special Event Management at Barrett, The Honors College, expected to graduate in December 2024.
