Billal Sarwar

Billal Sarwar is an experienced Senior UX Researcher at Postman since October 2020, focusing on evaluative research to enhance the API building process. Prior to this, Billal held multiple UX research roles at RBC, including conducting accessibility tests, identifying usability issues for InvestEase, and leading research for a new employee search engine. Billal also contributed as a UX Designer and Researcher at UXBillal, where significant projects included enhancing services for the U of T Career Centre and engaging users in a participatory design project for Toronto Friends of Refugees. Earlier experience includes content creation and research assistance at the University of Toronto. Billal holds a Master’s Degree in User Experience Design & Information Systems and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology with a focus on Cognitive Psychology from the University of Toronto.
