Induja Rajendran

Induja Rajendran currently serves as Head of Talent Acquisition for APAC and Global strategy at Postman, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this, Induja worked at Freshworks from February 2018 to January 2022 in various roles, including Manager and Lead of Talent Acquisition. Induja's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Amazon from November 2010 to February 2018, where responsibilities encompassed managing hiring for the Kindle India Business as KIB Client Lead and various recruiting roles. Induja started a career in human resources at IIPM as an Assistant Relationship Manager in 2010. Educational credentials include an Advanced Talent Strategy degree from The Wharton School and a B.Tech in Information Technology from Hindustan University.
