Sarah Mushtaq

Sarah Mushtaq is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in equity, inclusion, and diversity, currently serving as the Director of Equity, Inclusion, Diversity and Anti-Racism at Windsor Regional Hospital. In addition to this role, Sarah is an Advisory Consultant for Munro Strategic Perspective, focusing on organizational and community change regarding equity and inclusion. As an Opinion Columnist for The Windsor Star, Sarah addresses critical topics related to race and gender. Previous positions include being a panelist on CBC's Windsor Morning, coordinating special events for Windsor Women Working With Immigrant Women, and conducting research at The University of British Columbia. Sarah holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Biology and Political Science from the University of Windsor.
