Dan Emanuelsson

Dan Emanuelsson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dan started their career as a Transport Planner at Billerud AB in 2007. Dan then worked as a Consultant at Manpower Sweden in 2007-2008 and as a Key Account Controller at Telenor in 2008-2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Business Consultant at Experis Sweden. In 2011, they were appointed as a Board Member at Tidningstorget AB.

Dan joined PostNord in 2011 and held multiple positions within the company. Dan worked as a Business & Process Developer in the Economy & Finance department of BA Mail, where they implemented process improvements and managed customer credit cases. Later, they became a Senior Business Analyst in the Strategy & Finance department of BA Mail and Communication, supporting the CFO and executive team.

Dan then transitioned to the role of Business Strategy Manager in the Strategy & Finance department of BA Communication Services, where they led the yearly strategy process and managed the IT-portfolio budget. Dan also played a key role in developing a digital mailbox targeting the Swedish consumer market.

From 2019 to 2021, Dan worked as a Group Strategy Manager in the Nordic Strategy & Solutions department, co-leading the yearly strategy process and leading cross-Nordic strategic projects. Dan also co-led the Corona Control Center task force during the early stages of the pandemic. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Group Transformation Office at PostNord, starting in April 2021.

Throughout their career, Dan has demonstrated a strong understanding of strategy development, project management, stakeholder management, and financial analysis.

Dan Emanuelsson has a bachelor's degree in Business and Economics with a major in Business Administration from Karlstad University. Dan has also completed various courses and programs throughout their career, including ones focused on sustainability, strategy, and innovation at Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education, lead innovation processes at Berghs School of Communication, certified product owner scrum at Citerus, negotiation strategies and performance management at Mercuri International Business School, project management at Metier, and key account management at Mercuri International Business School. Dan also participated in the PostNord Professionals talent program.
