Isabel Jemio

Isabel Jemio is an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Coach with a career spanning over two decades in system development and project management. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at PostNord since February 2024, Isabel facilitates scrum events for multiple teams aimed at enhancing their agile maturity. Previously at Esatto, Isabel worked as a Scrum Master and project lead, focusing on raising agile maturity for client teams through workshops. During tenure at H&M Group from October 2020 to January 2023, Isabel played a pivotal role in coaching product teams during their agile transformation and facilitating various agile methodologies. Isabel's earlier experience includes project management and system development roles at H&M, Qurius, Cybercom, BoldSoft, Softronic, and IFS Sverige AB, demonstrating a strong foundation in software development with skills in programming languages such as C++, Java, and SQL. Isabel holds a degree from Uppsala University.
