Many of the members have experience working in the banking industry, in positions such as regional branch manager, chief risk officer, and country risk manager. Others come from different industries, but all bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. All members of the board have at least a bachelor's degree, with many holding higher degrees from prestigious universities such as Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, Université de Liège, and Universität Wien.
