Kathy A. Wess

Kathy A. Wess has a diverse work history, starting in 1984 as a Production Supervisor/Project Engineer at Harlequin. Kathy A. progressed through various managerial roles within the company, ultimately serving as Senior Operations Manager. Kathy A. later moved on to become the Director of Operations at HarperCollins Publishers (previously known as Harlequin) in 2016. Kathy then transitioned to Reichert, Inc. in 2019 as a Senior Project Program Manager before assuming the role of Director of Operations at PostProcess Technologies in the same year. Throughout their career, Kathy has demonstrated expertise in operations management, strategic planning, team leadership, and driving efficiency in manufacturing processes.
