Elaine Teoh

Elaine Teoh has been working in the tech industry since 1998. Elaine began their career at PeopleSoft as a Manager, responsible for PeopleTools Internet Client, HTML Access, Java Message Agent Client (JMAC), Query API and Java Client. Elaine then moved to BIGWORDS.com as VP Development, delivering the #1 online textbook retailer and #3 overall online book retailer site in less than 3 months. Following this, they were CTO of Bizbots, managing daily operations of B2B e-marketplace software provider and building the development team from scratch. Elaine then moved to Vodafone as Head of Integrated Web & Mobile Services, responsible for development of the world’s largest wireless operator’s mobile portal (Vodafone Live!). Elaine then joined OpenTable as Sr. Director, Web Engineering, supervising multiple engineering teams responsible for leading restaurant reservation site. After this, they were VP, Product Engineering at Lookout, leading the product engineering, data engineering, SDK, performance and QA teams for both Consumer and Enterprise. Elaine then moved to Flexport as VP Engineering, Experiences, responsible for the Customer Platform and Trade & Financial Services engineering groups. Elaine then became Head Of Engineering at Highnote, leading Engineering and growing the team from 14 to over 40 engineers. Most recently, Elaine is VP of Engineering at Postscript, modernizing how brands communicate with consumers.

Elaine Teoh holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
