Tasha Bishop has an extensive work history in customer success and related roles. Tasha began their career in 2005 as the Director of Quality Assurance at Medio Systems. In 2010, they moved to an Executive Account Manager role at the same company. In 2012, they joined The Garrigan Lyman Group as a Senior Account Manager. In 2013, they became the Chapter Leader for the Greater Seattle Area PulseLocal Chapter and the Director of Customer Success at Chronus - Mentoring & Talent Development Solutions. In 2015, they moved to Appnique as the VP of Customer Success and Advisor, and to Smartsheet as the Director of Customer Success. In 2020, they joined Podium as the Executive Vice President of Customer Success, and in 2022, they became the Head of Customer Success at Knowde. Most recently, in 2023, they took on the role of Chief Customer Officer at Postscript.

Tasha Bishop obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Washington in 1999. In 2019, they became a Smartsheet Product Certified User from Smartsheet.
