Carol Rava

Carol Rava is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in education, operations, and external affairs. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations & External Affairs at the Postsecondary Commission since June 2021, Rava focuses on recognizing innovative colleges that enhance economic mobility through accountability. As Principal at Spring Strategy & Communications since January 2015, Rava provides consulting services aimed at creating strategic solutions for various organizations. Rava co-founded the Get Schooled Foundation, serving as Deputy Director between April 2019 and June 2021, and held leadership roles in multiple organizations, including serving as CEO of Technology Alliance and as Deputy Director at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Rava's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and a Master’s degree in Education Policy from Stanford University.
