Jill MacKay

Jill MacKay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial operations and project management within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Operations at both Potelco Inc and Quanta Services, Inc. since February 2020 and January 2024 respectively, Jill has also held significant roles at IBI Group from 2005 to February 2020, including Mobility Technologies Lead and Transit Technology Program Manager. Jill MacKay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington.
