Sara Throckmorton started their career in 2002 as an Assistant Product Manager at Norfolk Southern Corporation. Over the years, they held various roles in product management and business development, including Account Manager for Chrysler and Product Manager for Ford and Auto Parts Enterprise Team. Sara then transitioned to managerial positions, such as Manager of Strategic Market Analysis and Manager of Business Development in the automotive and chemicals sectors. In these roles, they focused on conducting research, analyzing performance, and overseeing budget processes. In 2018, they became the Group Manager for the Organic Chemicals business, where they provided strategic management, negotiated contracts, and developed standardized price structures. In 2021, Sara joined Potential Project as a Client Services Manager, then progressed to become a Client Enablement Lead and is currently working as a Client Engagement Lead.
Sara Throckmorton completed their education with an MBA degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in the years 2007-2010. Sara also holds a BBA degree in Marketing from William & Mary, which they obtained during the years 1998-2002. In addition to their degrees, Sara has obtained a Certificate of Railway Management from Michigan State University in 2011 and completed Six Sigma Green Belt Training from Six Sigma Canada Inc. in 2004.
