With prior experience in administrative management, grants direction, and executive roles within various organizations, Cleora brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in advocating for tribal goals and enhancing tribal sovereignty and self-determination. Graduating from Montana State University Billings with a degree in Business Administration-Management, Cleora is dedicated to improving organizational performance and strategic planning.
