Ryan Howard

Ryan Howard serves as the VP of Governance and Administration at Potluck Hospitality since July 2021, where significant achievements include authoring a long-range plan to achieve break-even EBITDA and cash flow positivity, along with leading transformative changes in accounting practices. Prior to this role, Ryan held positions at Pearl Brewery, LLC, as Director of Accounting, and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, where innovative financial structures were developed. Ryan's extensive background includes serving as Plant Controller at Bakkavor, overseeing financial operations and supporting business growth, and as Plant Controller and Senior Auditor at Owens Corning, managing finance and compliance. Ryan's foundational experience began with a Lead Graduate Assistant role at The University of Toledo and a Production Supervisor position at DaimlerChrysler. Ryan holds an MBA and a BBA in Finance from The University of Toledo.
