CarrieAnne Aaron is the CEO and President of PotomacWave. CarrieAnne is responsible for setting the company’s strategic vision and for overseeing day-to-day operations. Since joining PotomacWave in 2014, the company has entered seven new markets, added three new business portfolios, and continues to be recognized by the Washington Business Journal and Washington Technology as one of the fastest growing companies in the area.

CarrieAnne remains steadfast in her pursuit to make PotomacWave a household name across GovCon and to build a legacy of future leaders that are committed to innovation and challenging the status quo. CarrieAnne wants PotomacWave to stand out among its peers, not only in the capabilities and solutions it offers, but also in the manner in which they treat the clients, teaming partners, and employees. CarrieAnne follows a “leaders eat last” mentality where taking care of PotomacWave’s employees is her number one priority. All of CarrieAnne’s decisions are driven by her desire for PotomacWave’s employees, the company, and clients to succeed.

With a passion for giving back, CarrieAnne launched a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program called the PotomacWave Outreach Program (P.O.P.), a mentorship program called “Building the BOLD”, and an internship program. CarrieAnne actively participates in promoting PotomacWave’s “Be BOLD” principles by leading monthly BOLDology sessions as part of the PotomacWave Academy. CarrieAnne has more than 24 years of experience leading high-profile consulting engagements in the Government sector and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Radford University and a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
