Earl DeLauder MBA, SSM, CSM is an experienced Agile Coach/Consultant with expertise in lifecycle management in IBM Engineering Workflow Management and Jira. Earl successfully led the migration from IBM Engineering Workflow Management to Jira and coaches Scaled Agile Framework at an enterprise level, while also teaching Agile Principles to developers, RTEs, and Scrum Masters. Prior to their current role, Earl worked as a Background Investigator at Keypoint Government Solutions. Earl holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University.
