Gavin Codd

Gavin Codd has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 15 years. Gavin began their career at H.J. Heinz Company as a Customer Operations Assistant from July 2006 to March 2008. Gavin then worked at Toys R Us as a Retail Demand Forecaster from March 2008 to June 2010. Gavin joined D.E MASTER BLENDERS 1753 (Sara Lee Coffee and Tea) as a Demand Planner in July 2010 and advanced to manage the Instant Coffee category. In September 2012, they joined Plum Baby, an organic baby food company, as a Demand Manager and later progressed to become the Supply and Demand Manager in September 2013. During this role, they implemented a more effective Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. In October 2014, Gavin joined Akzo Nobel Chemicals as a Senior Sales Forecaster, where they were responsible for generating accurate monthly forecasts to contribute to the Integrated Business Planning process. Gavin then moved on to Sally Salon Services in January 2016, assuming the role of Supply and Demand Planning Manager. In this role, they managed a team of nine professionals involved in various aspects of demand planning, supply planning, and analysis. Currently, Gavin is serving as the Head of Supply Chain at Pots & Co Ltd, a position they undertook in August 2021.

Gavin Codd pursued their education from 2000 to 2004 at the University of the West of England. During this time, they completed a degree in Business Information Systems, which focused on the field of Business and Information Systems.
