Stefanie Wesch is a Project Coordinator and Doctoral Researcher at PIK - Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research since July 2018, specializing in the climate-conflict-migration nexus. Prior experience includes a role as Producer at TV3 Catalunya / Alice Production and as an International Associate at Instituto de Estudios Internacionales, where research focused on International Law and Human Rights related to Bolivia. Stefanie also interned at the Permanent Mission of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in New York and served as a Cultural Representative for The Walt Disney Company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Conflict Resolution and Governance from the University of Amsterdam, a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Hawaii Pacific University, and an Associate of Arts in Political Science from Polk State College.
