Allan Kressig

Allan Kressig has extensive work experience in various management and engineering roles. Allan started their career in 1986 as an Industrial Engineer at Colgate Palmolive, where they later served as a Team Advisor (First Line Supervisor). In 1989, they joined Harcros Pigments as a Process Engineer and later became a Department Manager.

In 1996, Allan joined PQ Corporation as a Unit Manager and was eventually promoted to the role of Site Manager. During their time there, they were responsible for overseeing various aspects of the production facility, including safety, HR, production, maintenance, and overall financial performance. Allan maintained various certifications such as RC14001, ISO9001-2000, NSF, and Kosher.

Allan then joined Mississippi Lime Company in 2008 as a Business Unit Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing a multi-plant production facility, focusing on safety, health, environmental standards, production, maintenance, quality, and financial performance. Allan successfully implemented systems for continuous process improvement and led a team of 115 employees.

Currently, Allan is working at Potters Industries as the NA Specialty Plant Operations Manager. Allan has been in this role since September 2018 and is responsible for overseeing plant operations. Prior to this, they served as the Plant Manager since August 2009.

Throughout their career, Allan has demonstrated a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, leading teams and implementing strategies to drive operational excellence.

Allan Kressig received their BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1982 and 1986. Subsequently, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued an EMBA degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
