Aiwen Teh

Aiwen Teh has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a freelance event crew, gaining valuable experience in event setup and execution. In 2015, they interned at Floralsense Creation as a Wedding & Event Production Intern.

In 2018, Aiwen joined PouchNATION, initially working as an Event Operations Crew member, responsible for device setup and troubleshooting. They then progressed to the role of Operations Specialist, where they were directly involved in project planning, execution, and customer service. They provided technical assistance and training on the NFC-based system to clients, merchants, and event crew. Aiwen's tenure at PouchNATION lasted until 2020.

In 2019, Aiwen joined Strategic Factor Sdn Bhd as an Event Executive. In this role, they handled various aspects of event planning, including research, project conceptualization, budgeting, and vendor management. They also built strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

In 2020, Aiwen took on two more roles simultaneously. They worked as a Recruitment Agent at Weimi Entertainment, and as a Community Support Specialist at MHub. At Weimi Entertainment, Aiwen was responsible for recruitment activities, while at MHub, they provided support to the community.

Most recently, Aiwen co-founded Packaging Master in 2021. As the E-Marketing Supervisor and Retail Assistant, they established an online selling platform on Shopee and managed daily sales operations. They also handled the company's social media accounts and Shopee store.

It is evident that Aiwen Teh has a strong background in event management, with experience in various operational and customer service roles. They have also demonstrated their entrepreneurial skills through their co-founding role at Packaging Master.

Aiwen Teh completed a Diploma in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Han Chiang University College of Communication from 2013 to 2015. Later, from 2016 to 2018, Aiwen Teh pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Media, Culture, and Communication at the University of Sunderland.
