Emily Bickerton

Emily Bickerton has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Emily is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Poudre School District since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the same organization from October 2022 to July 2023, and as the Human Resources Manager from March 2022 to October 2022. Before joining Poudre School District, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner/Consultant at HRx Services LLC from May 2021 to March 2022. Additionally, they have experience working as a Specialist in HR Recruitment and Talent Acquisition at Jeffco Public Schools - Colorado from February 2020 to May 2021. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Lead Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources and Business Services Specialist at Englewood Schools from September 2018 to January 2020, and June 2016 to August 2018 respectively. Emily also briefly worked as a Secretary to the Principal at Englewood Early Childhood Education in February 2016.

Emily Bickerton completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business in the years 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the University of Colorado Denver, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
