Sabrina Gragg started their work experience as a Team Supervisor at the Kansas State University Athletic Department in August 2016. Their role involved acting as a liaison between staff and upper management, addressing any issues regarding usher staff, and providing customer service in a fast-paced environment. Sabrina then worked as a Research Assistant at Kansas State University from October 2017 to September 2018.

In 2018, Sabrina Gragg joined O'MALLEY'S ALLEY, INC. as a Senior Bartender, where they worked until March 2021. Sabrina was responsible for bartending duties and providing excellent customer service.

In 2021, they became a Graduate Student at Colorado State University, and in October 2022, they joined Poudre School District as a Special Education Teaching Assistant. Their current role involves providing support to special education teachers.

Sabrina Gragg obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Conservation Biology from Kansas State University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Women's Studies at the same institution. In 2021, Sabrina enrolled at Colorado State University to pursue a Master's degree in Conservation Leadership, expected to be completed by 2022. Sabrina has also obtained certifications in Project Management for Wildlife Conservation from WildTeam UK in February 2022 and Open Standards for the Practice of Conservation from The Nature Conservancy in October 2021.
