Lori Dowty

Lori Dowty is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in education and staffing. Currently serving as a Special Education Teaching Assistant at Seguin ISD since March 2022, Lori develops and modifies curriculum while implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students. Previous experience includes roles as a Substitute Teacher, Recruiting Coordinator at Allen Lund Company, and Contract Recruiter at Pedigo Staffing Services. Lori also owned a successful salon business, LJ Studio, from 2001 to 2020, where exceptional customer service was a hallmark. Lori's earlier career features roles as a Remote Recruiter for Bishops Cuts/Color and an Executive Recruiter at Accountants Inc., alongside positions at American Honda Finance Corporation. Lori holds a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University.
