Steven Coppa

Steven Coppa has a diverse work experience. Steven worked as a Middle School Science and Technology Teacher at Poudre School District from February 2018, and prior to that, they were a Substitute Teacher at the same district from September 2017 to February 2018. In 2005, they became self-employed as a Rental Owner and Manager. Additionally, they were a Master Degree student in Elementary Education at the University of Northern Colorado from March 2016 to August 2017. Steven also worked as a Professional Driver at Uber from February 2016 to January 2017. Prior to these roles, Steven served in the United States Air Force where they held various positions including Director of Staff and Chief of Combat Tactics. Steven was also involved in several managerial and operational roles in the US Air Force Reserve. In 2002, they briefly served as the Chief of Combat Operations at Air Force Special Operations Command.

Steven Coppa received a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1990. Steven then pursued an MBA in Aviation Business Management from the same university, completing it in 2000. In 2005-2006, they attended the US Air Force Air Command and Staff College. Later, in 2010-2013, they attended the US Air Force Air War College where they studied Homeland Security. Most recently, from 2016-2017, Steven attended the University of Northern Colorado and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Elementary Education and Teaching. Additionally, they hold a certification in Career & Technical Education in STEM from the Colorado Department of Education, although the exact date of completion is not provided.
