Alissa Weiher

Alissa Weiher, ACC, SPHR, is an experienced organizational development leader currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development, Engagement & Retention at UCHealth since 2022, where responsibilities include strategizing employee engagement and retention for approximately 35,000 employees. Previously, Alissa held various leadership roles at Cochlear from 2012 to 2022, culminating as Global Director of Learning & Leadership Development, where a focus was placed on designing global learning strategies and leading a community of over 50 professionals. Early career experience includes talent management positions at Herman Miller and Fifth Third Bank, where notable achievements involved significant improvements in training and development functions. Alissa holds a Master of Professional Studies in Organizational Development from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Eastern Michigan University.
