Edina Hanes

Edina Hanes has more than 30 years of experience in human resources, staffing, and healthcare recruitment. Their most recent role was as Vice President of Human Resources at UCHealth. Prior to that, they held various HR positions within the organization. Before joining UCHealth, they worked in staffing and recruitment roles at CarolinaEast Health System, Superior Medical Staffing, Ablest Staffing, Griffin Staffing Services, Gail Darling Staffing, and TESI Staffing. Additionally, they served as a Child Correspondence Coordinator at Compassion International. Throughout their career, Edina has demonstrated a strong track record of increasing employee engagement, streamlining recruitment processes, and achieving sales goals.

Edina Hanes completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication at Cedarville University from 1989 to 1992. Edina then pursued a Master's Degree in Management & Leadership at Western Governors University from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in 2018 and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015.
