Lacy Franks has extensive experience in healthcare operations and management. With a background in Patient Navigation and Care Management, Lacy has successfully implemented programs to improve patient care and reduce unnecessary healthcare costs. Currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Revenue Cycle at UCHealth, Lacy leads teams responsible for streamlining processes and improving transitions of care. Prior to this role, Lacy gained experience in project management and operational supervision at CareThrough. With a Bachelor's degree in Biology and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, Lacy is dedicated to advancing their career in healthcare leadership.
