Robert Welch

Robert Welch, FACHE has a strong background in healthcare operations and management. Robert started their career in 1998 at the University of Colorado Hospital as Chief Medical Lab Scientist before moving to Quest Diagnostics in 2013 as Director of Laboratory Operations. In 2014, they joined UCHealth, where they held various roles including Director of Laboratory Services, Senior Director of Operations, System Lead Laboratory Services, and Vice President Operations. Welch demonstrates expertise in laboratory services, operations, and leadership throughout their career.

Robert Welch, FACHE holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Mississippi State University, completed in 1997. Robert also completed a Medical Technology Internship at North Mississippi Medical Center in 1997. In 2012, they earned a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado Denver. In 2019, Robert obtained the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) certification.
