Johnny Velazquez

Johnny Velazquez's work experience includes a role as Co-Founder at Pound Cake since January 2016. Johnny then worked as a Multimedia Specialist at Thomas Jefferson University from May to November 2018. In 2019, Johnny became a Marketing and Communications Associate at the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM), where they stayed until September 2021. From August 2013 to August 2015, they were an Intern/A&R Assistant at Ruffhouse Records. Johnny also worked as a Social Media Manager at YFusion from May 2014 to March 2015. Recently, they held the position of Communications and Marketing Manager at College101, starting in September 2021 and ending in February 2022. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Dream Tracks Program Manager at Capitol Records.

Johnny Velazquez attended Temple University from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Media Studies and Production with a minor in Africana Studies.
