Clay Pascua

Clay Pascua, RPm, serves as a Junior High School Psychometrician at De La Salle Santiago Zobel School since June 2024 and is also a Pound® and Generation Pound® Pro Instructor at POUND® since December 2019. Additionally, Clay is a Barre Intensity® Trained Instructor and has worked as a Research Assistant for Graduate Qualitative Studies at De La Salle University since November 2021. Previous roles include serving as a Student Mentor for primary levels at Elizabeth Seton School and a Senior Research Analyst at AddedEducation. Clay's experience also encompasses coaching and mindfulness education at Singapore School Manila and early childhood teaching at Cambridge Children's Learning and Development Inc. Clay holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a major in Human Development from De La Salle University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a major in Clinical Psychology from St. Paul University Manila.
