Benjamin Wall

Benjamin Wall is an accomplished property management professional with extensive experience in strategic real estate roles. Currently serving as the Director of Property Portfolio at Poundland & Dealz since November 2011, Benjamin oversees the management of an 850-store property portfolio, focusing on occupational costs and real estate strategies to enhance market share. Previous positions include UK Estates Manager at Gallagher Estates & Developments, where Benjamin managed a property portfolio valued over £800 million, and Portfolio Manager at AF Blakemore and Son Limited, managing a substantial retail and distribution portfolio. Benjamin began a career in real estate as a Junior Surveyor at Fineman Ross and holds a BSc in Real Estate Management from Nottingham Trent University.
