Natalie Wallis

Natalie Wallis has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Natalie started their career at T & S Stores Plc in 1991 as a Recruitment Officer, and later became a Personnel & Development Officer. In 2001, they joined Midlands Co-operative Society as a Personnel & Training Officer, and subsequently held positions as HR Manager and HR Business Partner. In 2016, they joined Poundland & Dealz as an HRBP / HR Central Services Manager, and currently serves as the Head of People Services.

Natalie Wallis has a diverse education history focused on workplace mentoring and personnel development. In 2015, they obtained a certification in workplace mentoring from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). Additionally, Natalie has a certification in Exploring Career Mentoring and Coaching from The Open University, which they achieved in October 2019.
