Rob Southall

Rob Southall is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in management and operational oversight. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Poundland & Dealz since March 2021, Rob oversees 130 stores and 8 Area Managers across Central England and South Wales, with a turnover responsibility exceeding £300 million. Prior roles include Divisional Manager at Farmfoods Limited from September 2014 to March 2021, managing a geographically diverse team of 500 across 45 shops, and District Manager at Clintons between December 2012 and September 2014, where Rob led 20 stores and implemented a successful change management program. Additional experience includes general management at B&Q and significant category management responsibilities at Aldi UK & Ireland.
