Steve Harris

Steve Harris has a strong background in IT management and leadership, with extensive experience in the retail industry. Steve is currently working as an IT Tech Delivery Lead - Retail at Poundland & Dealz since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of IT Retail Manager at Ferrero from January 2018 to August 2021, where they were responsible for managing retail, digital, and supply chain systems. Before their time at Ferrero, Steve worked at Thorntons for ten years, first as the Head of IT reporting to the CEO from September 2007 to December 2017, and later as the Head of IT reporting to the FD & COO from October 2015 to September 2015. Steve started their career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in 2000, where they held various roles, including Account Manager and Project Manager for different clients, such as Thorntons, Molson Coors, Thresher Group, and Spirit Group. Steve's experience also includes working as an Application Developer at Allied Domecq Retailing from 1996 to 2000.
