Raymond Jackson is a dedicated professional with experience in social services and retail management. Currently serving as the CalAIM / Street Navigation Coordinator at Poverello House since June 2023, Raymond is responsible for coordinating Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports services while providing vital street-based navigation and outreach to link unhoused individuals to essential resources. Previously, in roles such as Outreach Specialist and Street Navigation Specialist, Raymond focused on enriching the lives of unhoused guests through direct engagement and assessment. As the Founder and Chief of Operations at The Approach Project, Raymond managed hiring processes and implemented marketing strategies. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at JCPenney, where training and leadership in operational procedures were key responsibilities. Raymond is pursuing a Bachelor of Science at Southern New Hampshire University, with expected completion in June 2025.
