Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Poway Unified School District is responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision for the district. Comprising school principals and key administrative leaders, the team collaborates to enhance educational programs, improve student outcomes, and foster a positive school culture. They also engage with the community and oversee the implementation of district policies and initiatives to ensure effective governance and support for over 36,000 students across multiple schools.
