Craig Phillips, CMCA, has extensive experience in property management and customer service. Currently, serving as Association Manager at Powdr Corp since June 2014, Craig previously worked as a Realtor with Keller Williams Northern New York, assisting buyers in finding homes. Additional experience includes roles as a Raft Guide/Safety Boater with Adirondack River Outfitters and others, a Ticket Writer at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, and a Building Superintendent at Copper Mountain Resort. Craig earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University at Buffalo, complemented by studies at Jefferson Community College.
