Emily Smith

Emily Smith has a strong background in law and human resources. Emily started their career as an Associate at Snell & Wilmer in 2004 and worked there until 2009. Emily then joined Ray Quinney & Nebeker as a Shareholder, where they stayed for six years. In 2015, Emily joined POWDR as SVP, General Counsel and Human Resources.

Emily Smith attended Stanford University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) from 2001 to 2004 and obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus on Law.
