Anthony Henley

Anthony Henley has over two decades of experience in training and safety coordination within the manufacturing and oil industries. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Training Coordinator at Powell Industries Inc. since September 2016, Anthony has enhanced the quality of Job Hazard Analysis documents, leading to a notable decrease in the Total Recordable Injury Rate in the Electrical Division. Previously, at Marathon Oil Corporation from February 2007 to April 2015, Anthony provided critical support for Health, Environment, Safety, and Security training for corporate employees and was involved in various operational activities. As a Refinery Operations Training Specialist at Catlettsburg Refining LLC from April 2000 to February 2007, Anthony developed a New Hire Training Program in collaboration with Ashland Community and Technical College. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Marshall University.
